Brock Grubb - Founder and CEO

I’m a white man who has benefited from unequal opportunity structures in America. Since 2004, I’ve been working to improve racial equity in the US.

Through my consulting, I help social sector organizations get unstuck. Sometimes teams need coaching and facilitation to improve communication. Other times they need research to help generate new insights. Or they may need help with strategic planning, communications, project management, program design or development. In my 10 plus years of consulting I’ve done all of these things and more to help move us all closer to collective liberation and racial equity.

My consulting practice is informed by my life experiences as a life-partner, dad, brother, middle-child, high school English teacher, mixed-methods researcher, grant maker, DJ, writer, runner, and musician. I like to explore messy intersections of research, policy and practice with a focus on human-centered design and continuous improvement. I currently consult with values-aligned clients who share my commitment to improving racial equity and changing the opportunity structure in the US.
